Will solar work during blackouts?
A hybrid system with batteries keeps your essentials running during Kenya Power outages and switches over automatically. A pure grid-tied system shuts down during outages for safety, so if blackouts are your main concern, go hybrid.
How long does installation take?
Most home systems are installed in 1 to 3 days after the site survey. Commercial and agricultural projects are scheduled based on size, typically 1 to 3 weeks.
How long do the batteries last?
Quality lithium (LiFePO4) batteries are rated for 6,000+ cycles, roughly 10 to 15 years of daily use. We'll explain the trade-offs against cheaper lead-acid options honestly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We accept M-Pesa and bank transfers, and offer staged payments for larger systems. Ask us about financing options when you request a quote.
Can you service a system someone else installed?
Absolutely. We do fault finding, repairs, battery replacements and upgrades on most brands of solar and inverter systems.
